Workout options

Five ways to move at home.

Every category can be adapted to your level, space, and schedule. Not every workout is suitable for everyone, so coaching starts with where you are now.

01

Beginner Workouts

May suit
People starting out or returning after a long break who want a gentle, clear entry point.
Emphasis
Basic movement patterns, body awareness, and building a routine you can repeat.
Session shape
A short warm-up, a few simple movements, and an easy cool-down.
Coaching adapts
Coaching can slow things down, offer simpler variations, and move forward only when you feel ready.

02

Bodyweight Strength

May suit
People who want to build practical strength without gym equipment.
Emphasis
Squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and core control using your own body weight.
Session shape
Warm-up, a few strength blocks with planned rest, and a short finisher or stretch.
Coaching adapts
Movements can be made easier or harder through leverage, tempo, and optional household items.
