Coaching

Online coaching, explained plainly.

WensleyHome offers online home workout coaching: practical guidance, structured routines, and adjustments that help you keep moving, wherever in the United States you live.

What it involves

Six parts of working together.

Coaching is a conversation, a plan, and steady adjustments, not a one-size-fits-all program.

  1. 01

    Personalized workout guidance

Sessions are chosen around your current activity level, available space, and the time you can realistically give each week.

  2. 02

    Beginner-friendly routines

New to exercise, or returning after a break? Routines start simply and explain how each movement should feel.

  3. 03

    Bodyweight training

Squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and core work using your own body, with optional household items when helpful.

  4. 04

    Flexible session planning

Plan workouts around your calendar. Shorter days and longer days can sit side by side in the same week.

  5. 05

    Workout progression

As movements become comfortable, they are adjusted gradually through tempo, range, volume, or variation.

  6. 06

    Consistency and accountability

Practical check-ins and clear next steps help you keep a routine going when life gets busy.

What to expect

Clear guidance, no guesswork.

Online coaching means your workouts live where you do. You receive direction on what to do, how to do it, and how to adjust when something feels too easy, too hard, or simply doesn't fit your week.

Coaching supports general fitness and is not medical advice. If you have health concerns, speak with a healthcare professional before starting a new program.
